At Ed’s Fine Imports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. With that in mind, we are aware that sometimes customers have a change of heart. That’s why we make returning and exchanging productsa a breeze!

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

To us, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance, and we therefore strive to ensure that every customer  s completely satisfied with their purchases. We accept returns or exchanges on regular price unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. All purchases will be refunded in their entirety.* Although we are pleased to provide our customers with free shipping on purchases, should the customer decide they wish to return their purchase, Ed’s Fine Imports will NOT be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Sale merchandise and all accessories are FINAL Sale.

*Shipping fees on international orders will not be refunded.

IN STORE RETURNS

Returns may also be done in person at our store located at 166 Bullock Drive (Unit 4),MARKHAM, Ontario. Please bring with you the original receipt and unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached to 30 days of purchase. Please note that after 30 days all merchandise is final sale.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

It is easy to cancel or make changes to your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to assist you. You may view your order history and order status by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Account” link. Please note that it is not possible to make changes or cancel an order if the shipping process has commenced.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Ed’s Fine Imports, we are happy to provide free ground shipping for all orders in Canada and the USA*. For international orders, standard shipping rates will be added to orders in accordance with the weight of the purchase. All orders will be processed with 2 business days. Orders within Canada are expected to arrive with 5-7 business days, while those in the USA are expected to arrive with 10-15 business days. Express shipping available for all orders in Canada (2 business days) for an additional $15; USA (3-5 business days) for an additional $25.

*Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico excluded.

TAXES

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax. Orders shipped to:

• Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount

• British Columbia are subject to 12% HST.

• Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.

• Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.

• Any other Canadian provinces or territories only subject to 5% GST

PAYMENT

Ed’s Fine Imports accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your method of payment to ensure the transaction will be processed. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. The charges will then appear on your statement.

DUTY

For orders shipped outside of Canada, please consult the customs legislations of your country. Ed’s Fine Imports is not responsible for duty fees, brokerage fees or shipment delays due to customs.

IS MY TRANSACTION COMPLETELY SECURE?

Shopping online at Edsfineimports.com is very secure. Personal information provided by the customer is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. Any personal information provided is kept completely private and will not be used without customer authorization.

RISK OF LOSS

Once an order is delivered to the carrier, the title and ownership of the items, as well as the risk of loss, is on the customer, as all items purchased from Ed’s Fine Imports are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

Ed’s Fine Imports makes every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Similarly, all sizes and measurements are only approximate, even though we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all prices and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time the information is entered on the site, but we do reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, and this includes prices and promotions.
