Shipping to Canada & the United States

We charge $6.95 flat rate for shipping within CANADA and charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping within the contiguous United States, which excludes AK, HI, PR and US territories. To qualify for FREE ground shipping within Canada & the United States your total must equal $75 (after any applicable discount or credits). Currently, we do not ship internationally, but plan to do so in the future.

We're a small, but hard-working team and we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Normally your order will be processed and shipped via one of the following: FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, UPS or Canada Post. We aim to have your order shipped within 2 business days. However, sometimes extremely popular deals may take us extra time to fulfill. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days upon delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

If you are returning a product for a full refund (minus original shipping charges) a 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns which will be deducted from refund amount you will receive.

  • All undergarments
  • Sale items

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please email us at support@edsfineimports.com for a return authorization and instructions from one of our customer service representatives prior to returning any merchandise.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns which will be deducted from refund amount you will receive. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@edsfineimports.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at support@edsfineimports.com with your order number and exchange reason and we will reply back with further instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping/returns

Pending on reason for return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs at time of purchase are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost returning packages. Please email the tracking number along with order number so we can also track the package back to our warehouse.
